The simple things are offen the best
I considered making a set of these pliers myself, but when you consider the time and effort of getting the pliers and parts to make them and braking out the welder and grinder, they are great value just to buy them off the site.
They work very well. It only takes a few seconds to push the insulator through the hole and move on to the next post.
